Tuki:
3 stripe Win% = 64 (5 opponents, 39 matches)
2 stripe Win% = 64 (10 opponents, 44 matches)
1 stripe Win% = 62 (98 opponents, 535 matches)
My *AMP* is now 6.1, his is 4.3
My overall win percentage is 4% higher.
And on top of all of this he is CHEATING...

It's always been my gut feeling that quantity negates quality to a fairly large degree in the rank system here. could never pinpoint exactly how, but it always seemed to pop up when I looked at stats...
edit:
you know... it just occurred to me that it could be the quantity of players BELOW the win% threshold for leveling up that might have something to do with it. Tuki has 7 3 stripes with 5 or more games each and 2 2 stripes with 5 or more games each - all with above 50% win ratio. No 2 or 3 stripes below 50% at all within that 5 game threshold.post updated on May 19, 2009 @ 9:39am |

Location: Michigan | The thing is though with your "quantity negates quality" argument is that when i had roughly the same amount of points as him the other day ALL my win percentages were in the 70's. My stats would have blown his out of the water (ever more so) if we compared them when they were similar in points.
Im just ranting... i cant wait for nanno and phil's presentation today!
And yes Musician that has occurred to me as well. However, it cant be THAT big of a margin of error. I mean comparing me and Uno (or any of the other 3 stripes) the differences are astronomical. I can live with a few percentages being off but these differences are WAY to spread out. Also, i went through all my games (and tuki's) just to see if that was REALLY playing that much into it.
