Ladies and gentlemen, I urge you to cast your vote for Cuzco for the position of Homecoming King. Not only is he the inspiration behind Galcon, he's Phil's noble companion and a champion of liberty and justice in the universe. Best of all, Cuzco has extensive experience in this field, having served as Homecoming King of Houghton College in 2002. Legend has it that the Houghtonites still honor his kingship every year on those hallowed grounds, for he is Homecoming King eternal in their hearts. While all other Homecoming Kings fade into history, Cuzco will be forever enshrined as the one True King.
