You get them by exploring and stuff.
And whatever you do,

Telx, if you use certain items at the end they'll give you a different ending. It's also possible to break the game.

But yeah. Oh and, the Crab Claw (latest item in my inventory pic) doesn't count as 100% inventory, I'm not sure how you get it and it's usermade. |

And anyway, you're supposed to do it yourself >:C
Anyway, the main story only covers the few hours between Green Guy 1 and 2... :D What happens afterwards in the next time segment before Green Guy 2's Crab Lord Encounter is up to the fans.
