Location: France | Hi. I'm experiencing problems with galcon flash:
I often see some servers with 2/X slots in the server list, when I click on them, i got "Server Disconnected" message. A few seconds after that, there is a "Socket error" at the top of the applet.
Other bug (feature ?), sometimes when I join a server on which there is only b0t, it goes AFK.
At last, excuse my english, I'm french. |

Can you tell me what OS (Windows / Mac) and what Browser (IE / Firefox / Safari) you are using?

Location: Zarcon | Hmmm .. yeah, I've noticed that with Firefox a bit. Not sure what the deal is but I'll keep it in mind.
Oddly enough, IE and Safari never have this problem for me.

Location: netherlands | I've seen this problem a few times at home on my main computer (vista + Firefox 3.0.11) but i was usually able to join another server then.
Today i'm at my grandmothers place, playing form my laptop on a wirless lan, and it keeps giving server disconnects. I can join a server, it shows the lobby (but no players) and after 30 secs or so, i get dissconected with the following error on top of my screen:
socket error: [SecurityErrorEvent type="securityError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error
And then it reached the end of the flash screen.
My laptop runs windows XP, and i tried this on both IE 8, Opera (some older version) and Firefox 3.0.11 with flash 10. All the same.
Single player does work. All multiplayer servers fail.

Location: netherlands | Update: Disabling my firewall (comodo) allowed me to join the server just fine. Any clue on how i should set my firewall to solve it, other then to turn it off? |

It could just be browser related bugs that'll get sorted sooner or later.

Location: New Jersey, U.S. | Phil, I just tried joining a game with 2 people in it, but I was "disconnected" and then I got the "socket error" too... weird thing is I've never had issues with Flash Galcon before now. Oh, and I'm using Safari on a Mac. |

Location: New Jersey, U.S. | Update! My problem is no longer occurring, but now the bot has disappeared.
edit: Ughhh Phil you really need to take care of the "server disconnected" error... whenever I go check something on another tab in Safari, I get a "server disconnect" on the tab with my Flash Galcon game and automatically get kicked from the server.
