I think don_quijote is really a cover for Cuzco the goat and Marky "took it for the team" to hide cuzcos true identity of his savant goatiness, which is insane since we know he's a goat (remarkably cogent thinking for a real goat mind you)

You also need to pm your SSN and a copy of your birth certificate to a deputy or above so we can make sure it's really you.
