Location: Australia | Well that person you played against who was a 2 striper probably used to be a one striper and you had played 4 games with him when he has only 1 stripe in the past 10 days. Then, today, you played the one game which meant that all 5 games count as if he was a 2 striper, removing 4 against 1 stripes but adding 4 against 2 stripes. Remember that the rank shown against a person is the highest rank he's been when you have played with him in the past 10 days. Thats one theory, but it could simply be that it had nothing to do with the game, and your rank had just happened to decay at that instant.
