I've made server upgrade to 1.3.2 mandatory - this is to ensure that all servers run the latest version which includes the patch to fix the "take-over-unpassworded-accounts" cheat.
Also, sometime this week I'm going to be upgrading the website so that it's faster and more stable. This will probably involve a bit of downtime sometime. I'll try to keep it minimal.

However this means I will stop running my server becouse I want to allow cabin boys to change options...
Maybe there should be a cabin boy-mode which could be turned on or off by the server owner only.
[BTW would be nice if the admins got a warning if two or more players had the same ip. Like "Matching IPs: #player1 #player2" ;)] |

I'll consider this, though doubtful. Why? Esp. in lieu of how much trouble people have with cabin boys setting up awful settings, etc.

I think I might do something like:
/showips
philhassey - 123.123.123.123
nanno - 123.123.123.123
etc
etc
So you can see all of them.

Any IP related commands would only be available to the admins on the server.

Posts: 7 | You could only show hashes, and to not give away who has a static or dynamic IP initialise the hashfunction with something else for every new game. |
