Ok, I am trying to start my own server, but apparently no one else can see it, but me. BMVJ tells me a port is being block. If this is the issue anyone have any suggestions or direct directions, I am horrible with any type of programming.

you need to forward your port. go here:

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

select your router. follow the steps. use the port number 9031
